Ashish Bisaria has 25+ years of multi-industry experience, having worked in consulting, high tech, telecom, BPO and automotive companies. He has demonstrated leadership in developing and executing customer experience strategy as well as cultivating customer experience innovation through things like automation, robotics, AI and machine learning. Additionally, Ashish brings a global perspective to his work with experience across seven countries and five different continents.
Most recently, Ashish served as Global Head of Client Advocacy, Innovation & Business Transformation for Alorica. In this role, he partnered with clients across a wide range of industries, including Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail, Insurance, and Telecom, to drive business transformation and innovation through their customer experience. Ashish also built out two new revenue streams for Alorica – consulting and digital automation execution.
Prior to his time with Alorica, Ashish served as the Senior Vice President of Customer Experience and Transformation for Manheim – the world’s leading provider of vehicle remarketing services. He led the company’s four-year business transformation into a digital-first organization, including the introduction of several new products and solutions to drive higher customer satisfaction.
Ashish has also held additional leadership roles for a variety of organizations including Cbeyond, Sprint, and KPMG consulting. This unique combination of experience across industries and roles enables him to see customer experience from all angles.
Ashish received his Bachelor’s degree in Science from Delhi University, an MBA with a concentration in Marketing from University of Mumbai and completed the Harvard Business School General Management Program.
