Chiranjeev “CJ” Bordoloi
Mr. Chiranjeev “CJ” Bordoloi is a former Fortune 50 executive with a successful track record of helping start-ups and large companies achieve global growth. He is currently the Managing Partner of I-Square Ventures, a global growth advisory firm whose clients include Amazon, Boston Scientific, Mt. Sinai Health System, Assurant and others. He focuses on revenue and profitability growth by establishing innovative B2B2C distribution partnerships, identifying accretive M&A targets, and strategically guiding the deployment of their innovation capital in early stage technology companies.
CJ started his career at Deloitte Consulting in 1995 as a CRM Specialist. IN 2001, IBM recruited him to start their CRM business in Australia, which he grew to a $100+ million P&L by 2005. Mr. Bordoloi’s foray into entrepreneurship started in 2005 with his early stage start-ups later acquired by large technology companies to deliver more than $160 million in value for shareholders by 2008. Since then, he has worked with dozens of Global 1000 companies on growth strategies and innovation.
Mr. Bordoloi has been interviewed by CNBC, CBS, NPR and a variety of print publications. Mr. Bordoloi received a BA from Luther College, an MBA from Metropolitan State University and is currently writing his doctoral dissertation in Computing at Pace University.
