Chief Client Officer, Director of Partner Relations
Charles Thomason is the Chief Client Officer and Director of Partner Relations, responsible for strategy and execution of GXG’s key clients. In addition to the end-to-end management of GXG’s client relationships, Charles collaborates with the CEO on the company’s early-stage investment portfolio and with the CMO on new business development opportunities. Charles helps drive best practices in strategic account management, sales process, new product development, go-to-market strategies and financial analytics.
Prior to joining GXG, Charles worked within the Global Business Services division of IBM Inc. There he worked on the team that released one of the native Apple Watch applications, developed media and entertainment strategies for interactive fan experiences, served as a project manager for a top five retail client, and worked as an analyst evaluating acquisition opportunities within the sports and entertainment practice. In his last engagement at IBM, Charles joined the corporate division working to bring new service offerings to market.
Charles graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Marketing from The Georgia Institute of Technology where he was a Track & Field Student Athlete. He was married in March of 2017 and currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife. In his spare time Charles enjoys golfing, hunting, working out, traveling, and sampling new cuisines.
