ADVISORY BOARDS
Why Do It
As your strategic partner, GXG facilitates discussions that drive towards actionable output, tapping into the cross-industry expertise in the room. When we leave, you'll already be on the path to changing the trajectory of your business.
Format
The process starts with a kickoff meeting to understand your challenges and goals. We then hand select experienced operators who have successfully faced the same challenges presented and place them on a board with key internal stakeholders. Once the board is set, there will be 2-3 board meetings with virtual working groups in between.
Who's Involved
GXG will bring operators, executives who have faced the same challenges and done so successfully, to the table. We undergo an extensive outreach, and vetting process. Typically, there will be 3-5 operators on a board along with the accountable internal stakeholders. GXG will be at each meeting to facilitate the conversation and drive towards the agreed upon output.
Output
We don't hand our client a large research deck that leaves them more confused than when they started. We take notes during the meetings and synthesize them into easy to digest one-pagers. We want the focus to be on applying the wisdom they just received to their own business.

We vet operators for your specific needs and facilitate calls to advance your learning agenda. We provide live guidance in each conversation, synthesize key learnings for quick reference, and fine tune the agenda for the next call.
Who's Involved
We tackle role-specific challenges through conversations with operators who have relevant knowledge and experience. These subject matter experts are able to drill down to their experience and share practical, hands-on advice, while GXG participates as facilitator, capturing key insights and next steps.
Output
We synthesize every call and provide key takeaways, prioritize next steps, and leave you with a purposeful network.
