TRANSFORMATION CHALLENGE

They were relying almost entirely on a state agency for candidates and funding that were both steadily declining.


RESULT

Entirely new fundraising model and immediate sale of asset to rapidly inject necessary capital, current programs restructured with four previously primary programs discontinued, and a major new program initiative was conceptualized with detailed development milestones and launched.
